Production & Shipping: Once you approve your design proofs, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for the complete processing of your custom business cards, including manufacturing, shipping, and delivery. This timeframe reflects the personalized nature of our design and production process.

Important Information Regarding Returns on Custom Business Card Orders:
As each of our custom business cards is uniquely designed and produced according to your specific selections and approvals, we are unable to accept returns unless the mistake is ours. If your order contains an error that was not present in your approved proof, please contact us immediately to arrange for a correction.
For custom orders where the final product matches the approved design proof, but you wish to return the order for other reasons, a 50% return fee will apply. This fee helps to offset the non-recoverable costs involved in the custom design and manufacturing process.
Expect your custom business cards to be delivered via UPS Ground. We will send you a separate email containing your tracking information and details about your shipment once it has been prepared and is ready to go.
